Returns/Exchanges/Shipping Policy

At Gemoraa Talk, we take great care in packaging and delivering your crystal products with love and intention. However, in the rare case that your product arrives damaged or defective, we’re here to help.

Eligibility for Return/Exchange

  • Returns or exchanges are only accepted for damaged or defective products.

  • A mandatory unboxing video is required as proof.

    • The video must clearly show the parcel being opened for the first time and the issue or defect in the product.

    • Claims without a proper unboxing video will not be accepted under any circumstances.

How to Raise a Claim

  1. Record a clear unboxing video of your parcel.

  2. Email the video and your order details (order ID, name, and contact information) to gemoraatalk@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.

Replacement Process

  • Once your claim is approved, we’ll arrange a replacement for the damaged item.

  • The replacement product will be shipped within 5–7 business days after claim approval.

Please note that no returns, refunds, or exchanges will be processed without an unboxing video or after the 48-hour window.
