• Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.

• We are not responsible for failed payments due to banking or technical issues.

Refunds, Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Consultation fees are non-refundable once booked.

• Rescheduling is allowed only if requested at least 24 hours before the appointment, subject to availability.

• Refunds for products (like crystal bracelets) are accepted only if:

  Item is unused
  Returned within 7 days of delivery
  Approved after inspection

Shipping charges are non-refundable.
